The highlight of the culinary program is the introduction, instruction and live processing on the stage of 2 typical dishes of Binh Thuan cuisine, which are hot pot and herring rolls by chef Phan Hung Manh - Chef Saigon. - Mui Ne Resort and chef Nguyen Hoang Nghi - CEO of Au Viet Vocational School Phan Thiet. Spring roll, also known as spring rolls, is a popular Vietnamese dish, available everywhere with main ingredients such as shrimp, meat, vegetables, rice paper to roll. And... Binh Thuan's herring rolls can be called special when "modifying" more famous and nutritious herring ingredients of Binh Thuan waters.
