- Welcoming the New Year 2024, on the evening of December 31, at the Ocean Dunes Resort area stage (Phan Thiet city), a special and bustling art program with the theme "Welcoming the New Year 2024" will take place with the participation of of many professional singers, artists, bands, dance groups, DJs... from Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Thuan.

Organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the program introduced by 2 MCs Duy Chien and Anh Chi officially opened at 7:20 p.m. with a special exchange with the child rock group Bin & Soc through the participation of presents vibrant rock songs from Vietnam and internationally. The bustling melody along with the lighting effects from LED lights will bring the audience an emotional musical space on the windy Phan Thiet beach.

Between the moments of preparing to say goodbye to the old year and welcome the new year 2024, the program continued with singing and dancing performances about spring from the Provincial Cultural Center. With a duration of nearly 120 minutes (from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.), singers and music groups will send to the audience melodies and lyrics honoring spring and love. These are joyful songs like: Let go of the past; Tet is full; The sun is still spring; Happy spring; Happy New Year... In particular, the stage will be filled with musical colors through songs performed by the group Huynh James x Pjnboys and modern dance performances.

The next part is a program performed by the Blue Sea Music and Dance Theater. As the new year approaches, the audience will continue to be "burned out" with vibrant dances and lyrics. Artists, singers, and actors of Blue Sea Music and Dance Theater took turns performing dance performances: Caraval Dance; Desire for love; A medley of songs and dances in the coastal town of spring and Happy New Year. Interspersed among the magical dance performances are songs about the homeland, about the new year, and about love such as: Spring of love, Beautiful Vietnam; Cut sadness in half; Honey; Lonely on the sofa; Desire for love; Samba for me; Dear lover, what are you dreaming about... with famous songs from around the world.

Before the moments of transition between 2023 and 2024, there will be a performance by DJ Jan and Raper. Then, when the clock has 15 seconds left until the end of the old year, the MC will invite all the audience to chant and count down from 10 to 1. At exactly 00:00 on January 1, 2024, all types of firecrackers will be installed. The preset will light up at the same time, the "immortal" song Happy New Year will sound from the Chorus, the actors and audience will sing along to the famous melody. At the same time, low-level fireworks behind the stage also began to explode... the sky of the coastal city lit up amid the musical notes of New Year's greetings. Happy New Year 2024!
