Fostering knowledge and exchanging culinary skills

Recently, at Dong Ho Quan Restaurant (Hung Vuong, Phan Thiet), Binh Thuan Professional Chefs Association organized a workshop, exchange and share experiences for 40 professional chefs working in the kitchen industry in Binh Thuan, Khanh Hoa, Lam Dong and Dong Nai provinces.

With the meaning of exchanging kitchen expertise as well as preparing to serve the culinary needs of tourists during the upcoming April 30 and May 1 holidays, at the workshop chefs were led by Executive Chef Le Van Hai, Chef Pham Minh Hoang, Che Thi Hong and Do Van Quyet shared how to prepare new dishes such as  Tuna Salad & Dragon fruit Jelly, Tuna Sashimi, Welilington tuna... The exchange was also an opportunity for investors to The kitchen connects members of the Association, while creating diversity in the menu to best serve guests staying and relaxing in Binh Thuan.

To increase communication and share experiences in processing ocean tuna, chefs also exchange skills such as cutting ocean tuna so that the fish always retains its fresh flavor and ensures sweetness. of fish meat; Experience in making dishes from ocean tuna such as Sashimi, tuna salad combined with white dragon fruit and Binh Thuan red dragon fruit.

On this occasion, two artisans, Mai Van Linh and Nguyen Thi Thanh Tuyen, from the Provincial Professional Chefs Association, also received a certificate of merit for their achievement of winning A prize when participating in the Folk Cake Making Contest within the framework of the Folk Cake Festival. The 11th Southern Space Festival, 2024, just took place in Can Tho City.
