Taking place consecutively from the 2nd to the 8th of the Lunar New Year (January 23 - 29, 2023), cultural activities include performances of traditional Cham musical instruments such as Saranai trumpets, Ghi Giong drums, etc., and Cham folk dances in the area. Participating in the performance are artists from important provinces such as Bac Binh district and Ham Thuan Bac district. At the performance house during the days from the 2nd to the 8th of the Lunar New Year, there is also an activity of composing sand paintings with the theme "Celebrating the Party - Celebrating the Spring of the Rabbit".

From December 30 to February 28, 2023, at the site of Po Sah Inu Tower, a photo exhibition with the theme "Relics - Typical Cultural Festival in Binh Thuan" and "Old Phan Thiet" will be displayed.
