The Exhibition of Cultural Heritages of Vietnam's Sea and Islands and the Street Culture Week 2023 is an event to respond to the 2023 National Tourism Year "Binh Thuan - Green Convergence" and celebrate the 78th anniversary of the National Day on September 2. . As of the morning of August 24, the contents of each activity are being implemented according to the set schedule. In which, the booths serving the exhibition of Vietnamese marine and island cultural heritages of 22 provinces and cities have basically completed the frame, the content will be completed on August 25 when the provinces come to display the artifacts. and images.

The Vietnam Sea and Island Cultural Heritage Exhibition is chaired by the Vietnam Art and Culture Exhibition Center (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) and coordinated by the Binh Thuan Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The official opening ceremony will take place on the evening of August 27. The exhibition aims to introduce, promote and honor intangible and intangible cultural heritage values ​​and unique tourism products of Vietnam's seas and islands. Thereby, contributing to affirming the sacred sovereignty of the Fatherland; at the same time, strengthen the traditional education of the revolution, further raise the patriotism, national pride, sense of responsibility towards the sea and homeland islands.

At the common exhibition area with the theme of Marine Cultural Heritage, Vietnam Island introduces 270 images and artifacts about Vietnam's seas and islands, including four contents: Documents and artifacts about Vietnam's sea and island culture in the past year. history; building and protecting Vietnam's sovereignty over seas and islands; exhibiting art photos of Vietnam's seas and islands; Vietnamese youth with the sea and island homeland. As the host unit, Binh Thuan will introduce to people and visitors the typical images of sea and island culture in the province and the contribution of sea and island culture to tourism development.

Along with that, from August 28 to September 3, Binh Thuan Street Culture Week 2023 will take place at Nguyen Tat Thanh Street area, with many interesting contents such as: Binh Thuan Colorful Street Festival Pros; art exchange activities "Sea, Island - Heart of Vietnam"; display and introduce tourism, culinary, and OCOP products; Street music… These activities will complement each other to bring attraction and richness to residents and visitors when participating in the event, especially during the National Day holiday on September 2 this year.
